Onassis ONX is a space dedicated to a community of dynamic artists and outside collaborators. Our values are centered on mutual respect, support, and inclusion for all those who participate. We expect everyone who enters our community to be mindful of the resources we all share, courteous to others, and collaborative in our shared needs. By accepting Onassis ONX membership or fellowship, you commit to these values and code of conduct.

As a member or fellow, your basic responsibility is to actively participate in the community and conduct yourself according to the code of conduct. This includes using the space and tools to develop work, participating in programming and events when possible, and keeping the team up to date on what you’re working on. These updates are an important part of how we support and evaluate our community, and will be used to help allocate grant, production, and travel funding. Please reach out to our Innovation Director to learn more.

Onassis ONX provides a working environment that is free from discrimination and harassment for all individuals, including members, fellows, alumni, mentors, staff, and anyone working at or visiting the studio and offices.
Anyone from the community who feels harassed, discriminated or retaliated against may initiate the complaint process by filing a complaint in writing or in person to our Managing Director or Administrative Director.

Onassis ONX is a shared space! Please exercise common sense and be mindful of each other — respect personal space, treat the studio with care, clean up after yourselves, and try to be open and communicative!

Please be considerate of the entire community when booking space and limit your usage to important meetings or project development.
Please be mindful of noise levels — keep phone calls to a minimum and speak at a lower volume in communal areas. You can use the Conference or Sound Rooms for longer calls and conversations.
We have limited communal storage space that is reserved for essential equipment only — storage is at the discretion of Onassis ONX, and any questions should be directed to our Studio Manager.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate bicycles at the studio. You may lock it around the neighborhood, but please do not bring it into the building or leave it in the lobby.
Any modifications to the studio need to be approved in writing by the Studio Manager, taking into consideration the rest of the community.
All visitors must understand that they are entering a semi-private space with sensitive material, are responsible for keeping any sensitive information they come across here private.
Onassis ONX accommodates service animals for those with disabilities. Unfortunately, no other animals, including comfort animals, are allowed.
Onassis ONX is a semi-public space, so we ask everyone to be mindful of what they share, discuss, and leave exposed.
Ask before sharing information that pertains to someone else’s work — consider all information to be confidential unless stated otherwise.
Onassis ONX is a semi-public, open plan studio, but also a semi-private community — many of us have NDAs with clients and partners, and work with sensitive material that, if leaked, would make us liable. We ask everyone to follow a shared code of ethics to help protect one another's intellectual property.
Please stay aware of your surroundings when taking photos or videos, especially if they will be posted online or shared on social media.
